bwin.party announced that on 10 January 2013 the bwin.party Shares Trust purchased 350,000 bwin.party ordinary shares at an average price of 109.51 pence per share. Funds to carry out this purchase were gifted to the Trust by the Company and these shares will be used to satisfy share awards made in accordance with the Company's remuneration policy.
Following this transaction the total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 813,066,518 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 807,264,779 (total number of shares in issue minus 5,801,739 shares held by the Trust in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
