Bwin.party digital has jumped 17.6p to 134.3p on hopes it could get a licence in New Jersey. It has a joint venture with Boyd Gaming in the state, and on Thursday its governor said that he would sign a loaw allowing the licensing of internet casinos and poker, subject to some amendments.
